AI Interaction Data * Discord User ID & Username * Messages and prompts sent to the AI * AI-generated responses 2\. We do not engage in profiling, nor do we sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. #### Data Storage Data is stored locally on Polaris Integrations’ private and secured servers (including encrypted files and local databases). Discord Bot Tokens are handled with heightened security measures and are only accessible by the automated deployment systems and authorized technical personnel for maintenance. #### Data Retention * AI Data: Retained only for the time strictly necessary to operate the service. * Moderation Data: Retained as long as necessary to maintain the security history of the server. * Hosting & Token Data: \* Active Service: The Token and bot configuration are retained for the duration of the active 30-day paid period. * Post-Expiration: Once the service expires (due to non-renewal), we retain the data for a grace period of 14 days. After these 14 days, the Token and all associated hosting configurations are permanently deleted from our infrastructure. #### User Rights & Deletion In accordance with applicable privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR), you have the right to access, correct, or delete your data.
